Can I Use An Over The Counter Fungal Cream For My Itch
Good day, Eric Bakker, author of Candida Crusher with another frequently asked question. They just keep coming on. There are plenty of these. Can I use an overthecounter antifungal cream for my itch Of course you can. There are many different creams and lotions and potions you can use for yeast infection. My recommendations are for you not really to use the pharmaceutical approach where you're going to use a vaginal applicator and a pharmaceutical cream. I don't find women often have success with these products. They tend to get recurring thrush, recurring.
Yeast infection, which require recurring applications. And often times, a doctor will prescribe these creams along with an applicator, along with an antifungal like fluconazole. You can see some of my case histories in my book, Candida Crusher. Some of these women take these products for 2, 5, and 10 years or more and get no relief. And as soon as they stop, the problem keeps recurring. What I think about in my mind when you use a product and a proper protocol, you should get a resolution from your problem. You shouldn't have to be continually relying on a product.
To keep a problem not just at bay but to eradicate it. If you need to keep using these creams, there's something not right here. You're not doing something right. Have a look at my book, Candida Crusher, Chapter 5, Chronic Vaginal Yeast Infections. There's some brilliant ideas in there to show you how you can actually cure this condition, get rid of it for good. So, you can use overthecounter creams, but why would you recurrently use a cream. Using a cream and getting rid of the condition short term is good, but relying on a product is.
Can I Use Vinegar To Cure My Yeast Infection
Question from a lady in Minnesota. This question is can I use vinegar to cure my yeast infection Vinegar is an excellent substance to use. There are many different types of vinegars you can get, but the one not to use is the commercial white vinegar you'll find in your supermarket. The best vinegar to use for vaginal infection is apple cider vinegar, preferably unfiltered, raw, unpasteurized and organic. We've got some very good ones here in New Zealand. I believe Bragg is quite a good brand in America. We've got one in New Zealand called.
Coral Tree, which is by organically grown apples and traditionally prepared. Apple cider vinegar has been studied in various natural universities around the world, and I read a study recently in 2011 from a university called The Qua Medical University. I believe it was in Iran or Iraq, one of those countries. And the studied showed that, in fact, apple cider vinegar is more effective with vaginal infections than fluconazole. And the main reason why is because of the acetic acid which balances the vaginal PH and also has antifungal activities in its own right. There are many different chemicals in a good quality organic.
Cider vinegar. You normally use between two to three tablespoons per several cups of water and use that as a douche, so it's very effective. It's certainly a good treatment, but be sure not to use the commercial white variety. And sometimes they'll even put molasses in this to make it a brown color, so it's pretty junky. It might be good to clean your toilet or bath with, but I wouldn't really use it internally or with cooking. So use the proper organic apple cider vinegar it's a good one to use.

Does Yeast Infection Cause Anal Itching
Good day, Eric Bakker, naturopath and author of Candida Crusher with another question I get asked from time to time. Does yeast infection cause anal itching Very much so this is a key symptom and a symptom I see quite a lot in males and females. In Chapter 3 in my book, you can read an extensive amount of signs and symptoms about yeast infection the gastrointestinal symptoms, the urinary symptoms, the mental emotional symptoms, the muscular skeletal symptoms, the immune symptoms, how to recognize yeast infections in men, women, and children in great detail, and a key symptom is anal itching. However, you.
May also find anal itching to be related to pinworm or other parasites. So if you've got symptoms of bloating, gas, sugar cravings, I'm going to start thinking about yeast infection. There are many other tutorials you'll find on YouTube about where I'm going to go into this particular symptom in great detail. This is a real problem for a lot of people. I've had people from all over the world approach me with this particular symptom. And in other tutorials, I'll explain exactly how to deal with this particular symptom. All right, I've got some great hints and tips.
How To Tell If You Have A Male Yeast Infection

I'd like you to go and do that one to see if you've got mild, moderate or severe yeast infection. The quiz has been completed by lots of people from around the world. It's the world's best online yeast infection quiz. It's cost me a lot of money and a lot of time to make this quiz. I guarantee you, you won't find a better quiz, and so make sure you complete that one.
How to tell if you have a male yeast infection. A question I get asked from time to time. It's not hard to tell. There are certain peculiar signs and symptoms on how to tell. I've covered this in some other tutorials, but not with this particular question. The typical symptoms are itching, redness, and with continued scratching, there will be burning of the skin as well. Some people are driven crazy by this condition. I've seen guys from all around the world email me or Skype me with this condition. Some of them.
Just don't even want to live anymore they have the condition so bad. Some people think they've got a sexually transmitted disease and don't want to sleep with their partner. They're very embarrassed with it. Others think that they're going to give it to their partner. I cover these questions in other tutorials. But how to tell if you have a male yeast infection is not hard. You don't usually need a doctor to tell you this because the most characteristic symptom is itching and redness and wanting to scratch that area. And a key area to look at often for guys will be the inner thigh.
Region, in and around here, these are key sort of areas, if you're scratching in and around there. It'll often start on one side and it can sometimes cover both sides. It can cover that whole sort of region, so the whole private part could be affected. The penis could be affected. The scrotum could be affected. And this little bug, it likes moisture. It likes darkness and it likes sugar. These are things that it feeds on, so ask yourself this question. Are you drinking a lot of beer Are you eating a lot of sweet foods What is your diet like Are you into hygiene Are.
You having showers or baths quite regularly If you've got these symptoms, the key thing is to have a shower twice per day, in the morning and in the evening, and I want you to put on clean cotton undergarments each time. That's number one. Number two, diet change. You need to look carefully at what you're eating to stop feeding this yeast. My father had this problem for a long time. Dad would eat all the wrong foods. He'd have lots of ice cream. He'd have lots of cookies. He'd have lots of endless cups.
Of coffee with two or three sugars in them, so these are the sort of things that feed up the Candida, so you need to stop doing these things. Hygiene, dietary change, lifestyle change. Another thing you can do in the summer is to swim a lot in the seawater, particularly, and when you can, wear little or no underclothing and get sun exposure on the area. So these are the sort of things that are going to help eradicate the condition. In other tutorials I've talked more about the stress and the lifestyle responses that you.

How Long Will It Take To Cure My Candida Yeast Infection
Good day, Eric Bakker, another FAQ here. This question is from Paul in Sydney, Australia. Erik, how long does it take for me to cure Candida How long does it take for me to get well Well, there's no real answer to this question, Paul. You know, I generally find many people with a yeast infection take on average between four to six months to get well. But in saying that, it could take 8 months, 9 months, or even 12 months. Some patients can take two years or more to get well.
So to answer your question my reply to you would be what are you going to do to do what it takes to get well Are you going to eat the right foods Live the right kind of lifestyle Are you going to rest plenty Are you going to have a good balance between work and play It's a good question you're asking me, but my reply would be you need to have a balanced lifestyle, eat the right kind of foods, and keep working on that yeast infection for as.
Long as it takes to get well. In my situation, it took about a year to get well when I was in my 20s. I had a rather extreme case of Candida. If you've got a Candida infection in the gut or perhaps in the groin region or in the foot region or if you're a female with a vaginal yeast infection, it depends on whether it's acute or chronic. It depends on whether you've taken antibiotics or not. So there are many variables to answering this question. But generally a yeast infection.
When you're on to it, you're doing the right things, on average you can account for about six months to get well. But if you've had a yeast infection for 10 years, it may take you 1 year get well. There's no real clear cut way to answer that question, Paul. If you've got any more questions, I would say go and have a look at my YouTube channel. You'll find lots of different questions there and responses to questions. If you can't find the question you're looking for, please contact me on Candidacrusher and ask me the question, and I'll reply to it.
